Digital orders
Before ordering make sure that you know what you'd like, the more info you have for me the better and the better outcome I can make for you.

Wait time estimate is between 2-12 weeks, depends how many I have in my queue along side how big all said projects are.

I take payment through Card(SumUp payment links) or Vipps for Nordic customers.
No refunds available.
I will issue an refund if I myself, the artist, is not able to complete the commission due to any reason.
Physical orders
Shipping costs and wait:
Unless stated otherwise shipping is paid by the client.
Please contact StuddedPossum about what you're wanting and they will give you a quote on price and wait time for shipping.
Physical items from Store:
Items will be shipped in time limit as stated above. Items will be checked before shipping and made sure they're up to Studded Possum standards and as good as possible. No broken items will be dispatched. If there's any issues or problems after you have received your order, please contact me at bones@studdedpossum.com
No refunds are available but possibly replacing shipped item. Contact for further details.
Art pieces:
No refunds available if commission is lost in the mail but I will re-print it and resend and client pays shipping.

I the artist, Bones/Studded Possum, will always remain the right to refuse any commission for any reason that I see fit myself.
